MerchantBridge is built for lawful, transparent merchants that want a serious payment review. We do not help businesses hide product categories, misrepresent what they sell, or pursue unsupported payment activity.

Standards

What we expect from merchants and partners.

Complex categories can still be reviewed responsibly when the business is transparent, the website is clear, and the merchant is honest about prior processing history.

Be accurate about your product category, geography, and business model.
Do not use MerchantBridge to hide or misrepresent what you sell.
Do not submit illegal, deceptive, or unsupported activity for review.
Understand that payment partners make all approval, pricing, reserve, settlement, and onboarding decisions.
Share sensitive documents only through an approved next step if they are needed later.

Website and claims

Website language matters.

For RUO-sensitive, research-product, health-adjacent, subscription, international, or other high-risk categories, your website can affect whether a payment path is realistic. Product presentation, policies, checkout flow, refund practices, and customer geography all matter.

Data handling

Start simple. Share documents later if needed.

The first review is designed to start with business context, not confidential document collection. If deeper materials are needed later, MerchantBridge will coordinate the next step separately.

Responsible-use boundary

MerchantBridge may decline inquiries that appear unsupported, deceptive, prohibited, or not aligned with available payment relationships.
